The Condor team officially moved the experimental 6.7 series of their product to stable status. These are really good news for DRMAA, since the library is now officially part of the Condor series for production environments. However, some of the releases (e.g. for Debian-based systems) miss the latest library completely. Becky from the Condor team acknowledged this to be a bug in the build environment. … The next release in a couple of weeks will fix this. As a side effect, I learned that Condor for MacOS X and Itanium also still get their DRMAA library in each release. Even though I reduced the testing efforts for these ones, it is good to see that the initial porting efforts are still usefull …
